Food was very good and was well presented. A tad on the salty side, but that's on me. They offer a great selection of authentic Italian dishes besides amazing pizza. We ate in and had the chicken parm, which was 10/10. We also had the veal Saltimbocca, which was to die for. Service staff presented the dishes in a very professional manner and were very attentive. Take out options are just as good. Definitely worth a try.

Wow! I am very impressed with this place. Food was fantastic, service great...a little tight for seating but other than that was a wonderful date night with my husband. We had the Farfalle and Limencello cake...so good! Took home the calzone for BIL and he was very happy with it.
I was skeptical of dining here after reading the reviews but my wife and I decided to give Anthony's our own rating. I have to say I'm not sure where the other reviewers ate but it obviously wasn't this place. Our waitress Makenzie was on top of her game and we were given everything we requested immediately and always with a smile. I decided on the lasagna and I couldn't even finish my plate because of the enormous portion size. My wife opted for the baked zitti and she said it was fabulous and she couldn't finish her plate either. Even though we were stuffed we just had to try the tall cheesecake and it was so good! The whole experience was well worth the drive from 50 miles away just to eat here. We both agree this restaurant is well worthy of 5 stars and we highly recommend it!
We had a birthday party for our 3 year old at the Clayton location this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! They understood my vision and let the kids have a make your own pizza party. The staff was absolutely incredible with having a party of 15 3-year-olds. We always knew the food here was delicious, but the behind the scene staff truly makes this place worth coming back to!
I was listening to a fella at Clayton Guns ( an employee) who was talking about certain Italian food and after making me hungry I had to know what he was talking about. He mentioned a restaurant in Clayton called Anthony's Pizza and Pasta. Well after finishing my business I went to this place highly mentioned. At first when I pulled up to the establishment it reminded me of other pizza joints throughout Clayton,Smithfield and Garner. Some good and others well...nothing to write home about. Big Mistake ... Anyway I went in and after ordering my meal I got a totally different vibe. EXCELLENT Food, and service. Don't know why I never heard of this place before maybe because it's between two other restaurants. Trust this though this ain't my last time going to this great truly Italian Pizzeria. Next time I will bring my wife and taste other selections. I had the Large Lasagna which OMG I would recommend to the Pope. All was prepared and seasoned perfectly. Price was right and I look forward to my next visit. By the Way, this place is owned by true Italians from New York and well worth not having to go to Raleigh for an Italian meal.
My wife and I ordered take out from Anthony's for this time since March 2024. Prior to that, we placed regular orders until we had a few that left a lot to be desired. So, we decided to give them another try and they EXCEEDED our expectations beyond what I thought was possible. We ordered the Upside Sicilian pie and an order of Zuppa Di Pesce. The pizza was PERFECT! The crust was not the slightest bit soggy, with a perfectly done undercarriage. The sauce was bright and flavorful with an exceptional balance of sweet acidity. And the cheese was plentiful and had actual taste unlike so many other shops. The Zuppa di Pesce was otherworldly. I have eaten pasta from many restaurants. I have eaten at Rao's and nearly every restaurant in Little Italy. This is not hyperbole when I say that this was as good or better than EVERY pasta dish that I have had. Ever. From anywhere. Seriously. It was that good. The pasta was cooked perfectly, as was the seafood. Nothing was overdone or rubbery and it tasted fresh. The sauce was velvety and had that silky mouth-feel of when some pasta water is added during the cooking. Finally, when I went to pick our order up, I was greeted and assisted by Izaiah (I hope I spelled it correctly and apologies if I didn't). Izaiah was polite, friendly, personable and hospitable. He presented the pie to me prior to paying for it to ensure it was to my liking. I greatly appreciated that gesture. In summary, we will DEFINITELY be back. (We actually ordered two days later... lol)
I tried Anthony's pizza a few weeks ago for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. I am new to NC, from S.I. NY and was in search of a good pie, and glad i found this establishment. Very good pizza, comparable to a NY pie! Anthony's is my new "go to" for anything Italian. Thank you!
Excellent! The meatball parm sub is Bangin! You want some authentic Italian Food this is the spot. They got a customer for life. Perfect I’m gonna try everything on the menu
This place has a real nyc style pizza and food. Excellent quality and flavor. The pizza dough was crunchy and chewy. The sausage roll is 100% amazing. I highly recommend it.
